Formerly an ex-managing Editor, Ogaan Media, Neena’s experience with global luxury brands has catapulted her into an honest interpreter of aesthetics, global etiquettes and luxury retail. Her 20+ years career across varied fashion retail media and mindful luxury experiences have motivated her to grow as a luxury business mentor.
A certified global etiquettes coach from Sabira Merchant, she trains diverse professionals on their people packaging and retail skills to get them industry ready. As a luxury expert, she provides premium and luxury corporates with knowledge workshops and retail excellence training and is also a visiting faculty at some of the country’s leading fashion and luxury institutes. She also contributes to Luxury Abode’s blogs, reporting on fashion, design and sustainable art.

With over 9 years of experience in hospitality and a professional grooming certification from Christine Valmy, Sushma brings a refined understanding of guest experience, personal branding, and luxury service delivery.
She has trained frontline teams, corporate professionals, and leadership talent across India and the UAE, with clients including Azure Hospitality, Taj Hotels, Zodiac Clothing, Ascot Groups UAE, D’Decor, and even Air India cabin crew. Her core strength lies in aligning image projection, etiquette, and service behaviors with the expectations of premium and luxury clientele.
Sushma’s style is hands-on, relatable, and deeply aware of ground realities blending the precision of global grooming with the empathy required for high-performance training.
